Great start yesterday with saigon city and tobacco road finishing first & second, not in the order i advised but even so a winning start. hes a striker ran well but didnt quite get there, will be of interest next time. bombardier was a n/runner in the next and i promoted the cornishcowboy as my win selection and went well finishing 3rd at odds of 20/1. still another day with at least one winner, lets see how we get on with the three races ive selected from pontefract.
2.10 LORD FRANKLIN WIN. BLUE MAISEY E/WAY.blue maisey i have rated the same in two previous runs and a return to a mile is sure to suit, has been running over 7 furlongs and i suspect thats been done to get his mark down which interestingly has hardly moved since this time last year, seems to me the handicapper knows this and hasnt relented. lord franklin is my top rated my only concern is i dont see any decent runs fresh but on figures can take this.
4.15 CENTURIUS WIN. SENNOCKIAN STAR E/WAY. if you want to do s.star i would suggest you get on early, currently 12/1 but im sure there will be interest and will surely shorten.
5.15 MORNIN GEORGEOUS WIN. PERTUIS E/WAY. mornin georgeous is 20/1 but again will probably shorten, on a great mark from one of his maiden runs from ireland and if fit stands a great chance.
